Listed below are the new and updated resources and operations added to the ArcGIS Portal Administration API with previous releases of ArcGIS Enterprise. The versions listed below are in either the General Availability, Extended Support, or Mature phase of the support lifecycle. Once a version of ArcGIS Enterprise is retired, their release note entries are archived. Release notes for the most current release of ArcGIS Enterprise can be found here.
ArcGIS Enterprise release version
- Update Content Security Policy allows administrators to update the Content-Security-Policy headers that are included when accessing different components of ArcGIS Server. At this release, the operation supports setting a CSP response header for
restthat is included with each HTML page in the Services Directory. A similar response header can be applied to the HTML pages of the Portal Directory. For more information, see the Update Security Configuration documentation in the Portal Admin API publication. - A new resource, About, has been added. This resource returns detailed information, such as hardware and licensing details, for the server.

- Webhooks returns a list of all service webhooks that are currently configured for the organization, providing a centralized location for users with the appropriate permissions to view and manage service webhooks.
- Settings allows organization administrators to set the number of re-delivery attempts the system will make to deliver a payload to a receiver before the delivery is marked as a failure, as well as set the deactivation policy for service webhooks.
- Notification Status allows organization administrators to set the number of re-delivery attempts the system will make to deliver a payload to a receiver before the delivery is marked as a failure, as well as set the deactivation policy for service webhooks.
Support for feature service and geoprocessing service webhooks has been added to the ArcGIS Server Admin API at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1. Feature service webhooks allow administrators to subscribe to event triggers pertaining to a feature service in their organization. Though geoprocessing services do not have specific event triggers that administrators can subscribe to, geoprocessing service webhooks will be invoked when a geoprocessing service job is completed.
